In this project, I use the latest satellite altimetry data from SWOT (Surface Water and Topography) to analyze gravity anomalies associated with 60 submarine volcanoes along the IBM arc. The resulting density models will inform the earthquake/tsunami models developed at active submarine calderas. This project is funded by a JSPS Fellowship and was started during my stay at the Earthquake Research Institute (University of Tokyo) in the spring/summer of 2025.
